NASA-Funded Project Produces Cookies from Upcycled Plastic, the Headline Read

Supposedly yeasts were used “to turn plastics and other waste into edible proteins, fats and flavourings.”

“Plastic is carbon and food is carbon, so why not look
into food,” a Dr Lihiru Jayacody said.

microplastics in us already. So no thanks to more plastics
